Super Bowl ‘Super Food’ Chili

This recipe comes to us from The Pine Street Inn, the largest resource organization working to end homelessness in Boston. The Pine Street Inn’s iCater program offers catering for private parties and corporate meetings while helping homeless men and women get on the path to independence by training them for full-time food services employment. 100% of iCater’s proceeds benefit the Pine Street Inn’s food services job training program. I am going to veganize this by using vegetable broth & Gimme Lean ground meat substitute, which tastes great and is free of fat and cholesterol.
